Multiple display modes

Events can be viewed either by day, week, month or year. Extra information about an event is shown when the mouse moves over the event.

Native Translation

OnTime has been translated into several languages by native speakers. These include German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Swedish, Czech, Polish, Russian, Greek, French and Simplified Chinese.

Customizable categories

Each event and task can be assigned to a category, making them more organised and easier to find. You can view all events in a category, or filter according to day, week, month or year.

Task List

OnTime's inbuilt to-do list supports categories, enabling you to keep track of upcoming tasks. Upcoming tasks are highlighted as their deadline approaches.

Ease of use

A native windows interface and drag and drop support make OnTime intuitive to use without reading a manual.

Repeating events

Each event can be assigned an interval with which it recurs. Complex recursion patterns are supported, allowing you to set an item to recur on the nth day of each month, every other Thursday, or virtually any other conceivable pattern.

Online Integration

OnTime integrates fully with iZeit, a PHP calendar. This means you can store events with OnTime which can be viewed by anyone over the internet. You don't have to make your whole schedule public though, events can be made visible to just you or to everyone.
